Victoria Only: We currently offer shipping exclusively within the state of Victoria, Australia. We are unable to ship products outside of this area at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

• 1-1 Ton (0 – 999kg): The shipping cost for products weighing between 0 – 999kg is approximately $550. Please note that this cost is subject to change based on the specific location of the shipment and any additional requirements such as stairs or other obstacles at the shipment site.
• 1-2 Ton (1000kg – 2000kg): For products weighing between 1000kg and 2000kg, the shipping cost is $1000.
• 2 Ton and Above: The shipping cost for products weighing 2 tons or more is $2000.

3. Shipment Time

Standard Shipment: Our standard shipment times vary based on your location within Victoria. We strive to shipment your purchase as quickly as possible, and our customer service team will provide you with an estimated shipment date once your order is placed.

4. Special Shipment Requirements

Stairs and Obstacles: Please inform us at the time of order if there are any special requirements for shipment, such as stairs, narrow entrances, or other obstacles. Additional charges may apply for shipment with special requirements.
